In this connection a great importance is attributed to the human capital theory which is interpreted at the human resource work. The human capital effectiveness exploited, above all, through the talent, professional capability, initiative, creativity and conception is reflected in the firm´s success.
The problem of the selection, recruitment and stabilization of employees is an object of the human resource marketing. Its main objective is creating the firm´s outstanding occupational reputation. Due to this fact, the firm has a lot of possibilities and instruments by means of which it can accomplish this aim. The system of applying these instruments does not appear to be universal and therefore each firm should set up it itself with regard to its conditions and situation. The crucial role in the application of this system is unambiguously played by managers and their working methods.
