Ľubica Bajzíková (Editor-in-Chief):
University professor, chief of the Department of Management at Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 1998 she founded the Journal of Human Resource Management and currently she serves as the editor-in-chief. She is member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. In the years 2010 – 2014 she served as the vice-dean for science and research, and from 2015 as the vice-dean for development and career growth at the Faculty. Her professional specialization is in current trends in Human Resource Management (HRM), employee compensation systems and motivation, workforce mobility, social partnerships, and organizational culture. She authored and co-authored more than 150 scholarly publications in the field of HRM. She acquired a lot of foreign professional experiences during her professional career, for example, she was visiting professor at Cornell University, USA, at University of Udine, Italy, at University of Padova, Italy, at University of Trieste, Italy. In the year 2004 she was awarded with Fulbright program for research at Cornell University, USA. In the years 1998 – 2010 she was coordinator and contractor for TEMPUS projects. She speaks English, Russian, French, Italian and Croatian.
