25. QUALITY OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF SOCIAL WELFARE INSTITUTION

Abstract

The study presents problematic that refers to interpersonal communication with regard to research results. Formulated conclusions may constitute contribution in taking practical actions to the benefit of an increase in interpersonal quality in social welfare institutions not only in Poland but also around the world. Good, effective interpersonal communication seems to be one of the basics for proper functioning of social welfare institution.
