The results of this survey show, size of company influences employee participation in rapidly changing environment. Overall participation is higher in smaller companies, especially with less than 25 employees and also less than 50 employees. The employees of these companies are better informed about their companies` objectives, development plans and changes implemented in the company. They find their companies more supportive during their adaption to the changes and they feel like given more time for this adaption. The employees from smaller companies find managers more fairly evaluating their subordinates` contribution to the company. They also find new work tasks more interesting.
