In Romanian organizations, a part of the managers deal with big problems regarding the efficiency of human resources, known that this resource is no longer a simple resource. Nowadays, the high performance organizations are the ones that gives a new meaning to the relation employer- employee, changing the essence of business making.
Today, high performance means: quality, innovation, motivated people, adaptability to change, team work.
This present paper pleads for high performance in organizations. In Romanian’s case, the companies which prove that they understand the importance of high performance in organizations will be in the top of economic development.
