ABSTRACT:
The recent developments in employment arrangements have witnessed the shift towards their more flexible nature. Multiple survey and analyses have established the scope of the affairs labelled employment flexibility. The article presents the overview of the most frequent forms of such flexible work arrangements and their application in the Slovak Republic.
