ABSTRACT:
The contemporary world with the developed information and communication technology has been developing a new space for the identification of requirements laid on those who are interested in managerial positions also in the sphere of communication abilities. Analyses of the labour market point to the more and more higher interest in the development of communication abilities of employees applying for individual labour opportunities. The contribution deals with current tendencies and approaches to the managerial communication abilities which are becoming a new competitive advantage in the labour market.
