ABSTRACT:

Ethical behavior is a way of conduct which respects and does not contravene basic norms of the given company. Between individuals and the company there always exists the implicit system of normative principles, regulations and behavior in which a wide spectrum of values which are recognized by the company is projected. Ethics can be regarded as a system of moral norms related to values of good and evil. To assess the behavior of subjects according to ethnical criteria means to estimate it as good or bad, moral or immoral, with regard to norms which should be respected by each individual and serve for the regulation of his behavior to others and to himself. The norms created by the particular company represent a framework of the desirable, appreciated and tolerated behavior of each individual in the company. The adoption of the fundamental ethnical values and thereby the adoption of the desirable modes of behavior proceeds during the socialization (the process of education and socialization) of each individual.
