Katarína Stachová (Editor-in-Chief):
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Trnava, where she later earned her PhD degree. She was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the field of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. She is currently employed as a Full Professor at the Department of Management and Human Resources Development at the Faculty of Social and Economic Relations, Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín. She serves as the principal guarantor of the study programme Tourism Management. Her teaching, research (international projects: CRANET, HPDCEEUS, MIGP, Erasmus+; national projects: APVV, VEGA, KEGA, IGP), and publishing activities focus on human resource management, organizational culture, and intercultural management in the context of Industry 4.0, as well as tourism management. She is the author and co-author of more than 90 publications, 40 of which are indexed in internationally recognized scientific databases such as CC, SCOPUS (H-index 15), and WoS (H-index 13). Her work has been cited over 1,900 times in these databases. She is a member of several scientific boards of international journals and conferences. She is also the President of the Slovak Academic Association for Human Resource Management and the founder of the JOBS4U Career Centre. Her civic activities outside the academic sphere focus on animal protection; since 2006, she has produced the monthly TV programme BEZBÚDOVCI, dedicated to helping homeless dogs.
