Assoc. Prof. Lenka Ližbetinová is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, where she works at the Department of Transport and Logistics. Her academic focus lies in human resource management, particularly within the context of transport, logistics, and strategic development. She has long been involved in teaching specialized subjects, research methodology, and supervising final theses. Throughout her career, she has also worked at the University of Žilina, participating in multiple national and international research projects, including VEGA, IGS, and TAČR grant schemes.
She is a member of the Slovak Association of Academics for Personnel Management (SAAPM) as well as the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences (ČAZV), where she contributes to research on human resource management in the agricultural sector. She is actively engaged in scientific publishing, with over 130 academic publications, including dozens of journal articles indexed in WoS and Scopus (h-index 13 and 14 respectively).
In addition to her academic work, she also focuses on practical aspects of education—leading courses in soft skills, coaching, and applied statistics. She has completed accredited training in workplace coaching, team building, and data analysis tools, and continues to pursue professional development. Her work is defined by a responsible approach, structured thinking, and motivation to bring progressive, practice-oriented methods into education.
