ABSTRACT:
Several topics within the subject of motivation have particular relevance to today´s managers. For instance, what is the relationship between motivation and the employee´s performance? What is the role of managers in the process of motivation? Does money motive? In the following text we will look at such issues that are based on the research done in several Slovak companies by the Faculty´s Department of Management in past two years.
